Exploring Cloud, Specializing in AI/ML
Introduction
I’m Kyi Pya Soe — a Computer Science student at UC Irvine (Donald Bren School of ICS), currently exploring cloud technologies while specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
In 2023, I began my cloud journey after completing my associate degree from West LA College. I was introduced to AWS through a student-led workshop hosted by AI@UCI and The Hub at UCI.
I’m currently building a content journey across social medias to document what I learn, encourage others, and grow deeper in cloud and AI/ML. I’m also actively working toward becoming an AWS Community Builder. In the process of creating a free AWS learning resource website to support students and beginners.
I’m especially interested in cloud-based AI solutions, serverless development, and scalable backend systems. Long-term, I aim to contribute as an AI-focused architect, with a focus on accessibility and education.
Professional Profile
I’m a Computer Science student at UC Irvine’s Donald Bren School of Information & Computer Sciences, passionate about cloud computing and AI/ML.
I’m currently creating content on MITCommunity.net to document my learning journey, support others in tech, and simplify complex cloud and AI/ML topics — while also building a free AWS learning platform designed for students and beginners like me.
